This Site is intended for use only by users who access it from the United Kingdom. The information and prices on this site only apply to users who make a booking from the United Kingdom. We are a company incorporated in England and Wales and our business and the services we offer are governed by English Law. We are not licensed to trade as a tour operator outside of the United Kingdom therefore we are unable to accept bookings from users who are not based in the United Kingdom.

No warranties and/or representations of any kind, express or implied, are given as to the compliance of the information shown on this Site or the services we offer with any laws of any other country, and the laws of other countries will not apply to this Site or to the services we offer.
We reserve the right to deny access to this Site at any time without notice.

Governing Law

Access to this Site is conditional on your agreement that all information contained in it and all matters that arise between you and us will be governed by English law. It is also conditional on your agreement that any dispute that arises between you and us will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

All bookings made on this Site are subject to the Thomas Cook Tour Operations Limited booking conditions in addition to these Site conditions. We recommend that you print a copy of the applicable booking conditions when making a booking. Booking conditions contain limitations and exclusions of liability, and cancellation and amendment charges are payable if a booking is cancelled or amended after it has been confirmed.

No warranties, promises or representations of any kind, express or implied, are given as to the accuracy of any of the information on this Site or as to the nature, standard, suitability or otherwise of any services offered by us or on our behalf. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage of whatever nature (direct, indirect, consequential or other) that may arise as a result, directly or indirectly, from the use of any of the information or material contained on this Site and/or the use of or access to any other information or material via web links from this Site, or any inability to access this Site. The information and prices on this Site are not ‘live’ and are updated from time to time. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of all information and prices but, regrettably, errors do occasionally occur. Where a price is obviously incorrect due to a system error, we shall not be bound by such price. The prices and any discounts shown on this Site are applicable to sales made via this Site only, and may vary from the prices offered for the same holidays booked by other means, such as via a travel agency store or over the telephone.

You must ensure that you provide the correct credit or debit card billing information when you make payment online. If you do not supply the correct billing address and/or cardholder information, the issuing of your tickets may be delayed and the overall cost of your holiday may increase. We reserve the right to cancel tickets after issue if payment is subsequently declined by your card company, or if you have supplied incorrect credit card information. We reserve the right to carry out checks on the information you supply in order to minimise the risk of card fraud, and before issuing tickets we may in certain circumstances require you to provide us with a fax or postal copy of proof of address, as well as a copy of your credit/debit card and a recent statement.

This Site is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. We do not accept any liability in respect of your inability to access or use this Site at any time or for any interruption in that access or use, or for any failure to complete any transaction. We do not warrant that this Site is free from computer viruses or other properties that may cause loss or damage.

ATOL Protection and ABTA Membership

ATOL Protection

The air holidays advertised on this Site are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority (“CAA”) under our ATOL 1179. ATOL protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the UK. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad, or will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking if you have not travelled. The price of your air package holiday will include the amount of £2.50 per person as part of the ATOL protection contribution that we pay to the CAA. The amount is payable on booking your holiday and is non-refundable in the event you cancel your booking. The amount you have paid will be shown on your confirmation invoice. ABTA Membership

We are a member of ABTA The Travel Association (“ABTA”). Our membership number is V6896. Thomas Cook Tour Operations Ltd is a member of ABTA with membership number V6896. ABTA and ABTA members help holidaymakers to get the most from their travel and assistthem when things do not go according to plan. We are obliged to maintain a high standard of service to you by ABTA’s Code of Conduct.
