This intimate, boutique style hotel is the perfect getaway for couples and families alike. Set in an area of the Riviera Maya that’s away from the livelier resorts, the Azul Beach is renowned for its personal service. All rooms are just steps from the superb white sand beach which runs for several kilometres. With a choice of three swimming pools (one free-form) with sun terraces, sunloungers and parasols or even a canopied beach bed, you are sure to find somewhere to relax! The newly renovated and elegantly furnished Mareblue Lindos Bay is perfectly located in the peaceful Bay of Vlicha standing in a prominent position on the beautiful beach which is one of the best on the island, with stunning views over the Mediterranean Sea. The main resort centre of Lindos village with bars, restaurants and the ancient Acropolis is 3.5km away but there are also shops within 200m of the hotel.

The main buffet restaurant serves Mediterranean and international cuisine, while the 'Alymyra' à la carte restaurant serves an al fresco and gourmet menu and offers romantic candlelit environment. For a more relaxed atmosphere try the 'Zephyros' à la carte open-air beachfront restaurant at lunchtime.

Choose from a range of activities including tennis, beach volleyball, yoga or aerobics . Alternatively enjoy a more sedate game of pool or table tennis. Choose to dine in one of seven restaurants - something different every day! The main buffet restaurant offers a range of international cuisine with regular theme nights. Alternatively there are six à la carte restaurants each with a different speciality. Sample traditional Turkish flavours, mouthwatering Italian cuisine, Brazilian cuisine Mediterranean dishes including fresh fish and traditional appetisers, Asian dishes including teppanyaki and sushi or try the Steak House restaurant located at the golf club house. Location

The Hotel Marti is a stylish holiday village in a stunning location, with turquoise waters, mountain backdrop, its own 100m private beach area and picture perfect views across the magnificent bay of Içmeler - one of the most picturesque in Marmaris. The hotel stands directly on the beachfront where the promenade runs to the resort centre of Içmeler (650m away) right through to Marmaris.

Variety

There is a wealth of different eateries to enjoy. The main buffet restaurant and terrace serves breakfast, lunch, and for dinner offers a selection of Mediterranean and international cuisine. For a lighter option the Otag Bar serves snacks and also offers a late breakfast option. In the evening, it comes to life as a Turkish á la carte restaurant. La Grotta Italian á la carte restaurant is another option with live music until late during the summer months. Lastly, for those who don't want to leave the beach, South beach bar offers all kinds of fast food along with traditional pancakes and Turkish dishes.

As well as the free activities and entertainment offered as part of the All Inclusive package a range of massages, beauty treatments; watersports and billiards are available.

Children have their own pool along with a hotel-run children's club (4-11 years, available from 1 May) running a range of activities including games, cartoon shows and a mini-disco. Location

One of the most amazing spots on the Mediterranean, the Hillside Beach Club is set in its own private bay surrounded by pine trees into which the resort has been cleverly integrated. Shaped like a horseshoe, the bay is approximately 2km from tip to tip, and with one of the few Blue Flag beaches in Turkey, exclusive to the Hillside Beach Club, the crystal clear waters couldn't be more idyllic. Fethiye is just 5km away, along a picturesque winding road over the headland.

The Hillside Beach Club has its own beautiful private beach with a good supply of comfortable loungers as well as two separate adult only beaches. 'Serenity Beach' is reached by a natural walking-track of 650m or by boats that leave from the club dock and are free of charge to guests. Alternatively there is 'Silent Beach' with unforgettable views. If you want a day away from the beach why not try the floating platforms or large swimming pool with sun terraces.
