Before and After You Have Booked, and Before You Travel
Although Thomas Cook Style is dedicated to providing answers to your questions online, you may want to contact one of our Customer Support representatives.
If you have already made a booking, have a query before you travel, need to make a change to your booking or wish to make any special requests, you can speak to one of our team members. Overseas travel arrangements for disabled passengers or passengers with limited mobility can be arranged by simply calling the same number.
If you have made your booking in a Thomas Cook Store, you will need to contact the store for further assistance, to find your local store click Thomas Cook Storefinder. If you have booked a Thomas Cook Style holiday via another Travel Agent, you will need to contact them direct for further assistance.
After You Have Travelled and Have Returned Home
Our Customer Relations team deal with a variety of feedback issues. Please note that your initial correspondence to Customer Relations should be in writing, by e-mail or letter.
